We are committed to making high-quality & unique handmade garments which are luxurious, comfortable and guilt-free. We aim to offer our clients a wide variety, limiting us to having a massive stock of each. If you want to taste our collection and don't have time, we suggest you go for ready-to-wear items, which are generously made to fit S-M and M-L sizes. (check out our sizing guide) If you would like to get any other size,  we will gladly assist you until it's in your hands and will take up to 30 days to finish. We want to highlight that the colours may differ due to the brightness of the device you use or simply because the lot number of the yarn is different. We can construct any pattern shown on this site; however, it may be placed differently because we want to keep the uniqueness of the garment.

Shipping Policy:

At EBRU GURLEK HANDCRAFTED APPAREL, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Methods:

We ship our products between 1-3 days using various shipping methods depending on your order's size, weight, and destination. You will be notified when it's shipped, and a tracking number will be provided via email. Our standard shipping methods include:

UPS: This is our shipping method for US deliveries. Delivery time: 48-72 hours.

DHL: This is our standard shipping method from Spain for small, lightweight items. Delivery times vary depending on your location,

QUICKSHIPPER: This is our standard shipping method from Turkey. Delivery times vary depending on your location,

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order delivered quickly, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us for more information.

 

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely,  undamaged and, most importantly, beautifully. Whether it's a gift from you or for yourself, it's something special, and it has to maintain those sparks when it's opened. If you want to add a note for the receiver, please indicate it when placing your order. We are proud to mention that we use sustainable packaging materials.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy for Normal Items:

​

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your normal item(s), we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and are not damaged, worn, or altered.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy guidelines. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We take pride in creating unique and customized items for our customers. Each item is carefully crafted to your specifications and requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our custom made items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following options:

  1. Design Approval: Before we begin production, we will provide you with a design approval process to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. You can make changes and adjustments to the design before production begins.
     

  2. Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a quality guarantee on all custom-made items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within seven days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
     

  3. Communication: We believe that communication is key to a successful custom order. Our team will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that your expectations are met and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
